Shipping

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours via United States Postal Service. When your order is processed at our warehouse you will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped. To track your package, you will want to enter the provided tracking number on the USPS Tracking website which can be accessed at the following link. - https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction.


Returns

Unused Accessories have a 14 day Return/Exchange Policy.


We DO NOT charge a restocking fee, however, you must contact us prior to returning the item for us to issue an RMA number for the product. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of you, the buyer, and will not be reimbursed. The RMA number MUST be listed on the outside of the package or it can not be accepted. Packages shipped COD can not be accepted. The refund or exchange will not be issued to the buyer until the product is received at our business location and we have inspected it to ensure it has not been altered/damaged in any way.
